New Instrument Warranties

All flutes and piccolos that we sell have a one year warranty on defects in materials and workmanship, and include six months of free maintenance. We are committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your new instrument!

Additionally, Trevor James Flutes have a 3 year warranty on parts and a 2 year warranty on labor to make needed repairs.

Service Warranties

All warranty repair requests receive the highest priority so you get your instrument back quickly!

Clean, Oil & Adjust – Price includes one follow up appointment within 30 days.
Re-Pads – Price includes one follow up appointment within 60 days.
Overhauls - Price includes two follow up appointments within 6 months.

We want your complete satisfaction. That is our goal.

Most warranty work can be done while you wait.
Any instrument shipped to us for warranty work will most likely be returned to you (repaired) the same day we receive your shipment.
The warranty is voided if someone else works on the flute after we do.
No warranty is available for emergency repairs.
