Your flute must be insured before you ship it to us. Our insurance does not cover your instrument during shipping, or while it is on our premises. We recommend Clarion Insurance or Heritage Insurance Services.
Include identification inside your flute case, as well as a note outlining the problems your instrument is having. We will contact you once we receive your instrument with a precise estimate, a detailed description of the repairs needed and a timetable for the return of your flute or piccolo.
Prices quoted for repairs do not include the cost of shipping in either direction.
We recommend UPS and Fed Ex. They have a good track record and deliver on Saturdays.
Make sure that you use a sturdy box and that there is at least 5 to 6 inches of padding around every side of the case.
