Annual Clean, Oil & Adjust
- disassembling, cleaning and light polishing of the flute tubes
- the mechanism is oiled and regulated
- pads replaced as needed
- the remaining pads are leveled to play with a light touch and cleaned
- significant dents removed, the tenons are fit as needed
- spring tension, key venting height and lost motion are adjusted
- the seal of the headjoint cork is checked and replaced if needed
- the embouchure hole is cleaned
- quality assurance play testing by accomplished flutist

Repad
- the mechanism is oiled and regulated
- installation of premium felt pads to play with a light touch, delrin pad retaining grommets installed
- disassembling, cleaning and light polishing of the flute tubes

- spring tension, key venting height and lost motion are adjusted. Springs replaced if needed
- the seal of the headjoint cork is checked and replaced if needed

Mechanical Overhaul & Repad
- complete disassembly, cleaning & polishing of the tubes and mechanism
- Partial refitting of mechanism
- installation of premium felt pads to play with a light touch, delrin pad retaining grommets installed.
- the key felts and bumper corks replaced
- the mechanism is oiled and regulateddents and superficial scratches removed (provided the tube is solid silver and not plated)
- spring tension, key venting height and lost motion adjustments are included. Springs replaced if needed.
- clean embouchure hole
- the headjoint cork is replaced
- quality assurance play testing by accomplished flutist
